We are aware that the relaxation and pleasure demand exercise for wellbeing. It strengthens our body and prepares us for new challenges. In our fitness studio you can exercise on 20 different professional devices that enable active exercise. Maintaining regular exercise you will undoubtedly achieve the desired results and improve you physical condition – alone or under the supervision of our personal trainer.

We offer you:

• Single fitness studio visit Duration: 90 min, price 15 €

• Single fitness studio visit with our personal trainer for improvement of your exercise. Our trainer will advise you professionally and prepare the training programme adapted only for you and your needs. Duration: 90 min, price 25 €

• Month packages:

               - Month ticket for 12 visits without personal trainer Duration: 12 x 90 min, price 65 €

               - Month package 1 for 8 visits with personal trainer Duration: 8 x 90 min, price 190 €

               - Month package 2 for 12 visits with personal trainer Duration: 12 x 90 min, price 280 €

• Power Spring: four hour treatment with single fitness studio visit, use of Finnish and Turkih saunas with massage and cold pool, with refreshments in a quiet room for resting. For the closure of the treatment we will prepare a hot bath with a fragrance and ethereal oil of your desire.
